Deft Recordings comes from the long tradition of small, DIY labels that have made the house scene what it is today.

We don't have vast financial resources at our disposal to sign the biggest tracks, instead we keep our ears to the ground, preferring to provide an outlet to artists we feel deserve to be heard by a wider audience.

Over the years we've had plenty of ups and downs, successes and failures, but in the process we've had a lot of fun and released some great music. We've also been lucky enough to find artists that have gone on to much greater things.

The label would be nothing without your hard work and talent - so here's to the music makers and the dreamers of dreams...
